Try drinking a glass of water right before bed, you may realize that you have to pee SUPER BAD when you first wake up. Splash cold water on your face before you leave the bathroom, then don't go back to bed (if possible). <br /><br />You may be a bit tired your first day but you can try going to bed at a decent time that night and you may fall asleep as wished.
